SilkSuspension™ Progressions II continues building both ends of the spectrum. Students master regression techniques to address post-rehab needs while learning challenging exercises that increase core strength, stability, power, balance, agility, and flexibility.

Special attention is given to intensifying exercises without necessarily making them harder — keeping clients at their edge safely and sustainably.

SilkSuspension™ Challenges II targets core strength, control, balance, and flexibility at the highest level. Exercise pairings (super sets) test the limits of strength, control, and total body integration.

50+ new exercises across 4 additional advanced workout templates for group classes or privates — featuring specialized, targeted sequencing to take clients to new levels of fitness. The capstone of the full 6-course SilkSuspension™ curriculum.

SilkSuspension™ Fundamentals I introduces students to the fundamentals of PAI’s proprietary suspension training system and the benefits of controlled instability to the neuromuscular system — specifically, the unique attributes of a dual suspension system.

Exercises target core strength, inner-range joint stability, proper biomechanics, balance, flexibility, and coordination. Graduates are ready to incorporate SilkSuspension™ into their teaching practice — group classes or privates.

SilkSuspension™ Fundamentals II expands the repertoire and deepens system mastery. Students learn how to progress clients systematically and design fluid, functional workouts for private or group clients — with special attention to linking exercises and creating smooth transitions.

Emphasis on regressions, intensifications, and progressions — building the flexibility to serve clients at every level from a single session.

SilkSuspension™ Progressions I targets both ends of the SilkSuspension™ spectrum: the easy AND the hard. Students learn modifications and regression techniques to help clients use the right muscle in the right amount at the right time — addressing muscle imbalances and biomechanical abnormalities.

Covers exercises using one and two suspension systems (up to 4 points of suspension). Over 50 new exercises for more advanced clients.

SilkSuspension™ Challenges I uses the unique double suspension system (4 possible suspension points) to create the ideal combination of controlled instability that challenges the body’s strength and control.

Over 50 exercises challenge coordination, stability, strength, and core for a full-body strength and cardio workout. Emphasis on stacking exercises for increased intensity and difficulty. Includes workout templates for core, cardio circuit, strength, and total-body sequencing.
